1. Scope

This Policy explains how VCLIP LIMITED ("VClip.co," "we," "us," or "our") processes personal information when a person in the Philippines uses the VClip.co website (First-party page; locale-specific URL), AI portrait-generation and portrait-history features, account, subscriptions, AI credits, payment features, or support. A provider linked from VClip.co may apply its own policy when it acts independently.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

We may collect account identifiers, email address or telephone number, login and verification data, billing and support details, refund or cancellation records, portrait photos captured or selected, camera or photo-library choices, generated portraits, AI-stylized portrait outputs, and portrait-history choices, and support content you submit.

2.2 Service and transaction information

We may collect camera or photo-library choices, portrait-generation requests, generated portraits, AI-stylized portrait outputs, and portrait-history activity, usage quantity, AI-credit balance and history, subscription status, order identifiers, payment status, limited payment tokens, invoices, timestamps, portrait-generation jobs, error data, and actions taken to protect an account. Full card or wallet credentials are ordinarily handled by the payment provider.

2.3 Device and source information

We may collect IP address, browser or app version, device type, operating system, language, approximate location inferred from IP, cookies or similar identifiers, referral and campaign data, security signals, and diagnostic logs. Payment providers, identity vendors, AI portrait-generation and image-processing providers, analytics services, and support vendors may send us relevant status or fraud-prevention data.

2.4 Portrait photos, facial information, and sensitive data

Uploaded photos and generated portraits may contain faces, location clues, documents, children, or other sensitive information. Upload only photos you are authorized to process and remove unrelated content. The Service analyzes facial and visual features to create portraits; VClip.co does not use those features to identify or authenticate a person unless a separate notice and legally required consent expressly say otherwise. Where facial geometry, biometric data, or another category is legally sensitive, we apply required consent, access controls, retention limits, and purpose restrictions.

3. How we use information

We process information to provide and secure the Service; route requests to AI portrait-generation systems; deliver and store outputs when requested; administer accounts, subscriptions and AI credits; process transactions; provide support, refunds and cancellation; prevent fraud and prohibited use; improve reliability; comply with law; and communicate service notices. Marketing is sent only where permitted and includes an opt-out.

We do not promise that uploaded photos or outputs are never reviewed or processed by AI portrait-generation and image-processing providers. Their processing depends on the portrait-generation feature, technical routing, contract, account setting, and provider terms shown for that feature.

4. Disclosure and cross-border processing

We may disclose only what is reasonably necessary to cloud, security, authentication, payment, messaging, analytics, support, and AI portrait-generation and image-processing providers; professional advisers; authorities acting under valid legal process; or a successor in a lawful corporate transaction. VClip.co operates from Hong Kong and may process information in other countries. We use contractual, organizational, and other safeguards required by applicable law.

5. Cookies, retention, and security

Necessary technologies support login, language, fraud prevention, billing, and routing. Optional analytics or advertising technologies are used with any consent required by law. We retain information only for the account or service purpose, transaction and dispute records, security, legal obligations, and enforcement needs, then delete or de-identify it. We apply risk-appropriate access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, monitoring, vendor review, and incident response, but no system is completely secure.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about disclosures and cross-border transfers. 7. Children

The general Service is not directed to children below the minimum age set by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect a child's personal information without the authorization or parental consent required by law. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information improperly.
