1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and VCLIP LIMITED. By using the VClip.co website (First-party page; locale-specific URL), AI portrait generation, subscriptions, AI Credit, portrait creation, generated portraits, or portrait history in the Philippines, you accept these Terms. You must have legal capacity and meet the applicable minimum age; a parent or guardian must consent when the law requires it.
2. Service and account
VClip.co provides AI tools that transform an uploaded portrait photo into multiple comic or artistic portrait variations in a selected style. Available styles, output options, processing speed, limits, and availability may change. Keep account credentials secure, provide accurate information, and promptly report unauthorized use. You are responsible for account activity except to the extent caused by our failure or prohibited by law.
3. Plans, AI credits, and payment
The checkout page and transaction confirmation state the current price, currency, taxes, renewal interval, credit allocation, usage rate, and any promotion. These commercial details are not fixed by this document. You authorize the disclosed charge only after reviewing them. AI credits are service units, not cash, deposits, stored value, or transferable property, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
4. Subscriptions and cancellation
If an order renews automatically, the material renewal terms and cancellation method will be shown before purchase and any reminder required by law will be given. You may stop future renewals through the VClip.co cancellation page (H5 service page) or by contacting cs@vclip.co (Email). Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier charge; the Refund Policy and mandatory law govern refunds.
5. Portrait photos, generated outputs, and portrait history
You retain rights you lawfully hold in material you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, reproduce, transmit, adapt, and process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested Service and comply with law. Subject to applicable law, provider terms, and third-party rights, you may use portrait output as stated for the portrait-generation feature or plan. AI output may be inaccurate, non-unique, unsafe, or similar to others' output and must be reviewed before professional, public, or commercial use.
5.1 Portrait rights and synthetic-media notice
Upload only photos you own or are authorized to process, and obtain any consent required from an identifiable person or a child’s parent or guardian. Do not use VClip.co for deceptive impersonation, fraud, harassment, non-consensual intimate imagery, unlawful deepfakes, or infringement of privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights. AI portraits may be inaccurate, non-unique, or similar to other output; label synthetic content where law or context requires it.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights; create or distribute unlawful, exploitative, deceptive, hateful, privacy-invasive, or infringing material; impersonate others; facilitate malware, fraud, weapons, or abuse; bypass safeguards or usage limits; scrape or resell access without permission; reverse engineer protected systems; or make high-impact decisions solely from unverified output where law or safety requires human review.
7. Third-party portrait-generation technology and intellectual property
AI portrait-generation providers, payment providers, and linked services may impose separate terms. Third-party portrait generation technologies and marks belong to their owners; VClip.co is not those providers. We may suspend a portrait-generation feature, portrait photo, generated portrait, or portrait history when required for safety, rights protection, law, or provider availability. To report infringement, email cs@vclip.co (Email) with sufficient identification and supporting details.
8. Suspension, termination, and service changes
We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, or harm to others, using proportionate notice where practicable. You may stop using the Service and cancel renewal at any time. Terms that by nature should survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and dispute provisions, continue after termination.
9. Disclaimers, liability, and disputes
The Service and AI output are provided with the guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, they are provided "as available" without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, uniqueness, factual accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that law does not allow us to exclude. Before formal proceedings, contact cs@vclip.co (Email) so the parties can try to resolve the matter. Mandatory courts, regulators, and remedies in the Philippines remain available.
10. Contact and legal references
Support is available through the VClip.co Support Center (H5 service page). The current product is described on the VClip.co website (First-party page; locale-specific URL).
