VClip.co Subscription Cancellation Policy — Philippines

1. Scope

This Policy explains how a person in the Philippines can stop an VClip.co subscription or other recurring plan from renewing. It does not fix any price, renewal interval, trial duration, or fee; the checkout page and receipt control those commercial details.

2. How to cancel

Use the VClip.co cancellation page (H5 service page), the account control shown for the purchase, or email cs@vclip.co (Email). If a marketplace, wallet, carrier, app store, or reseller bills you, cancel through that provider's interface and keep its confirmation. We will not require a more burdensome channel than permitted by applicable law.

3. Information and authentication

Provide the account email or telephone number, order reference, and a safe contact method. We may use proportionate authentication to prevent unauthorized cancellation, but will not ask for full card details, an account password, or a one-time code by email.

4. When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation stops future renewal when the request is completed and authenticated through the applicable channel, subject to any earlier effect required by law. We provide an on-screen, email, or other durable confirmation. Save it and verify the subscription status. Access, AI credits, and generated portraits and portrait history remain available only as stated in the transaction terms and mandatory law.

5. Refunds and post-cancellation charges

Cancellation and refund are separate. Cancellation ordinarily does not reverse a completed charge. Submit an eligible request through the VClip.co refund page (H5 service page). If a charge occurs after cancellation took effect, contact cs@vclip.co (Email) with the confirmation and transaction reference so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by law.

6. Account deletion and records

Cancelling renewal does not automatically delete the account or personal information. A deletion request may be made under the Privacy Policy, subject to transaction, tax, dispute, security, and other legally required retention. We retain cancellation evidence for the period reasonably needed to honour the request and resolve disputes.
